How much is your podcast
costing you,
instead of paying you?

Most podcasters are pitching sponsorships. The ones building real revenue are doing something different. There's a name for it — and once you know the difference, you can't unknow it.

02The lie you've been told

The download chart is a distraction.

The industry taught you to measure your show in downloads, chase CPM rates, and run ad reads for brands that have nothing to do with your audience. Pitching the wrong people. Counting the wrong numbers. Waiting for permission that never arrives. The model is broken — not your show.

We built a different model. One where three parties win — or nobody does.

01 · The podcaster

The podcaster wins.

Commercial support that funds the show, fuels its growth, and validates its value beyond download numbers.

02 · The brand

The brand wins.

Precision access to exactly the audience they need, delivered through a trusted voice they couldn't replicate themselves.

03 · The audience

The audience wins.

A host they already trust, surfacing something genuinely useful to their life. No interruption. No bait. A reason to keep listening.

The Triple-Win framework only works when the audience wins too.

These are the rooms we've been in.

It's how we know what brands actually want — and why most pitch decks never get read.

03Who this is for

Be honest with yourself.

If three or more of these land — book the call.

  • You have a show — or an audience and a show in the works — and it's not generating commercial return yet.
  • You started it because you had something to say. Somewhere along the way people started listening. Now there's a business in it.
  • You've tried pitching brands. You heard nothing back, or got offered free product.
  • You're done measuring success in downloads and ready to measure it in deals.
  • You want someone to work this with you — not a course you'll half finish at 2am.

This probably isn't for you yet if:

You have no audience or business behind the show yet · Your podcast is a hobby and you'd like to keep it that way · You're hoping to cold-email global brands with 100 downloads · You'd rather hand it off entirely than work on your success with us.

The No BS Mastery Podcast

Pia had built something real — a loyal, specific audience and a host with genuine authority in her space. What she needed was someone who could translate that into commercial language a brand partner could act on.

We built the commercial case from the ground up. The positioning, the audience narrative, the partnership story. On paper, the show didn't meet the typical thresholds — so we reframed what already existed into something a brand could actually act on. And they did.

What most people don't see is what happens after the first yes. Internal conversations. Shifting priorities. Legal and financial approvals. Points where most deals quietly fall over. We stayed in it — focused on the right outcome, not the fastest one. When everything aligned, the partnership moved.

The show didn't need more numbers.
It needed the right frame.

In Pia's words

Because I use my podcast primarily as a nurture tool, I never thought there was any commercial viability to it. It's been so wonderful working with the team throughout the process. They have shown me that there's a lot of value in having a highly engaged audience that comes back week over week, even for a large corporate brand. It's giving me confidence that I didn't expect!

Proof · In their words
In a very short time after speaking to the coaches, it was obvious that they are very knowledgeable and good at what they do. I've never heard someone talking about podcast partnerships in the way they do. It makes me feel I have a distinct advantage with their support.

07Frequently asked

Questions we get
before the fit call.

Do my download numbers actually matter?
Less than the industry has trained you to think. Brands worth partnering with care about audience fit, positioning and the commercial story around the show. We've seen partnerships secured for shows with ZERO downloads. The number that matters is whether the right brand sees themselves in your audience.
What kind of brands should I be approaching?
Not the ones plastered on every other show in your category. The ones whose product, service or category sits naturally inside the conversation you're already having. We spend a meaningful chunk of the Podcast Plan mapping these out, because the right list is half the battle.
What if I've already pitched and heard nothing back?
Almost everyone we work with has. The pitch was usually wrong, the person was usually wrong, and the offer was usually a media kit pretending to be a partnership proposal. We rebuild from the positioning out. The same brands often respond differently when the conversation is reframed.
How long does it take to land a deal?
Brand timelines can be slow. Real partnerships typically take three to nine months from first conversation to signed agreement. Anyone telling you otherwise is selling you something. Partner Ready is built around staying in the work for as long as it takes. NB: some of our partnerships have been pitched, signed and executed within weeks.
What does Partner Ready actually involve day to day?
A working session per week or fortnight, async support in between, and a shared workspace where the strategy, target list, pitches and follow-ups all live. We do the heavy lifting on positioning and outreach. You stay in the conversations that need you. The system you build is yours to keep.
Can you work with me if my show hasn't launched yet?
Yes — and often that's the better moment. Pre-launch shows can be positioned for partnerships from day one, with no legacy decisions to undo. Some of the strongest outcomes we've seen started before episode one was recorded.
What's the guarantee if we don't land a partnership?
We guarantee the work — the strategy, the positioning, the outreach, the follow-up. We don't guarantee a signed deal because brand timelines are outside anyone's control. What we can tell you is that we don't take on clients we don't believe we can move. That's what the fit call is for.

Your show has been working for free long enough.
