Welcome to Podcast Expert Lab. These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of our services, including the Podcast Strategy Fit Call, the Podcast Plan, and our premium advisory packages.
By booking a call, purchasing a product, or engaging any of our services, you accept these terms in full.
About Our Services
Podcast Expert Lab is a specialist advisory practice helping established businesses and independent experts build commercially-focused podcasts. We offer two primary service paths:
Start a Podcast — for businesses and founders ready to launch a podcast positioned for brand authority and commercial outcomes from day one.
Monetize Your Show — for existing podcasters building sustainable revenue through strategic positioning, partnerships, and audience growth.
Within these paths, we offer the following:
- Podcast Strategy Fit Call — a complimentary call to determine whether our approach is the right fit for your goals. This is a professional consultation and does not constitute a guarantee of availability, a commitment to work together, or a sales obligation on either side.
- The Podcast Plan ($497 USD) — a standalone strategic document tailored to your podcast goals. The full $497 USD is credited toward any premium package if you proceed within 90 days of delivery.
- Guided Launch (from $7,500 USD) — advisory support for a partnership-ready podcast launch.
- Season 1 Launch (from $15,000 USD) — full season strategy, positioning, and launch support.
- Full Production (from $25,000 USD) — end-to-end production including brand partnership outreach.
- Pod Booth — onsite batch recording facilitated by Podcast Expert Lab. Pricing on enquiry.
Premium packages are application-only engagements. Acceptance is at the sole discretion of Podcast Expert Lab.
No Guarantees
Podcast Expert Lab provides strategy, frameworks, and expert guidance. We do not guarantee specific outcomes including but not limited to downloads, revenue, brand partnerships, or audience growth.
Results depend on factors outside our control, including your implementation, market conditions, and audience behaviour. All guidance is provided in good faith based on current industry knowledge and experience.
Payments
All fees are outlined at the time of engagement and confirmed in writing prior to commencement. By proceeding with any paid service, you agree to pay the fees associated with your selected product or package.
For premium packages structured with milestone or instalment payments, each payment becomes due as outlined in your individual service agreement. Failure to meet payment obligations may result in suspension or termination of services at Podcast Expert Lab's discretion.
Refunds
The Podcast Plan ($497 USD): This is a digital product. All sales are final. If your Plan has not yet been delivered and you wish to cancel, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase at [email protected]. No refunds are issued after delivery.
Premium Packages: All fees paid toward Guided Launch, Season 1 Launch, Full Production, or Pod Booth engagements are non-refundable. These are bespoke, high-touch advisory engagements. By proceeding, you acknowledge that significant strategy, preparation, and resource allocation begins immediately upon commencement.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any consumer guarantees to which you may be entitled under the Australian Consumer Law.
Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, methodologies, and content produced or provided by Podcast Expert Lab — including but not limited to The Batch & Broadcast Method, strategy documents, templates, session recordings, and written materials — are the intellectual property of Podcast Expert Lab.
These are provided for your personal and business use within the scope of your engagement only. They may not be reproduced, redistributed, resold, or used to deliver services to third parties without explicit written permission from Podcast Expert Lab.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat any confidential information shared during an engagement with discretion. Podcast Expert Lab will not share your business details, strategy, or content with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Podcast Expert Lab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or reputational harm.
Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the fees you have paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
Changes to These Terms
Podcast Expert Lab reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
For active engagements already in progress, material changes will be communicated directly.
