No Guarentees
While we strive to provide the best possible resources and guidance, we do not guarantee specific results. Your success depends on many factors, including your commitment, effort, and ability to implement the strategies we provide. Podcast Expert Lab is not liable for any failure to achieve desired results.
Payments and Refunds
All payments for Podcast Expert Lab are final. Please ensure that this program is the right fit for you before making a purchase, as we do not offer refunds for the Accelerator or Premium Partnerships. By enrolling, you agree to pay the fees associated with the selected service. You may opt out of group coaching after the initial three-month commitment. Payment Failures
In the event of a payment failure for your monthly coaching subscription, access to coaching services will be suspended. To reinstate your coaching services, please update your payment information and ensure the outstanding balance is cleared. Continuous support and progress are our priorities, so we recommend addressing any payment issues promptly to avoid interruptions in your coaching experience.
Opt-Out Policy
Participants can opt out of coaching after the initial three-month period. To rejoin the program, participants must commit to the new priceing as advertised at the time.
Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Podcast Expert Lab, including but not limited to course content, coaching materials, and other resources, are the intellectual property of Podcast Expert Lab. These materials are provided for personal use only and may not be redistributed or reproduced without our explicit permission.
Limitation of Liability
Podcast Expert Lab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
